It describes the work we do and some of the projects we have delivered. It is published for information. Nothing on it is a binding offer, and nothing on it creates a contract between us.

Prices mentioned on this site are starting points, given so you know roughly where we sit. The price of your project comes from a written quote.

The case study pages describe real projects for real clients, published with their knowledge. Every figure on them was read from a working system on the date stated on the page, and each page says when.

Those numbers describe what happened for that client, in their circumstances. They are evidence that the work was done, not a forecast of what a similar system would do for you.

Screenshots of calls and of client software are published with the agreement of the companies involved. If you appear in one and would rather not, write to us and we will remove it.

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to us or to the clients they depict. You may read it, link to it, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

Client names and logos belong to those companies and appear here to identify work we did for them. That is not a claim to their trademarks.

Any project is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timing and what happens if something goes wrong. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

What we build for you is yours, including the files, the accounts and the passwords, as described in the agreement.

We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be free of errors or never go offline. It is provided as it is.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, and nothing here affects your rights as a consumer where those rights apply.

This site links to client websites, to a booking service and to a credential verification page. We do not control those and we are not responsible for what is on them.

Bulgarian law, and the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
