What we do with your data.
Short version: this website does not track you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no forms. If you email us or book a call, we keep what you send us so we can reply. That is all.

01Who is responsible
Automateyx Systems EOOD, registered in Bulgaria under UIC 208756293, at bul. Patriarh Evtimiy 51, ap. 11, Triaditsa, 1463 Sofia, Bulgaria. We decide what happens to the personal data described here, which in data protection law makes us the "controller".
For anything on this page, write to info@automateyx.com.
02What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you. There are no analytics, no advertising tags, no tracking pixels, and no cookies of any kind. Nothing is stored in your browser.
The server that serves these pages keeps ordinary access logs, as every web server does. Those contain your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user-agent string. They exist to keep the site running and secure, and they are deleted on a rolling basis.
03What we collect when you contact us
If you send us an email, we receive whatever you put in it: your name, your address, and whatever you chose to tell us about your project. We keep it so we can reply and, if we end up working together, so we have a record of what was agreed.
If you book a call, that booking is handled by Cal.com, which is a separate company operating its own service. What you give them is covered by their privacy policy as well as this one. We receive your name, your email address and the time you picked.
04Why we are allowed to hold it
Under the GDPR, we rely on three grounds, depending on the situation.
- To take steps at your request before entering a contract, and then to perform that contract. This covers replying to your enquiry and doing the work.
- Our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure, which covers the server logs.
- Our legal obligations, which is why invoices and related records are kept for as long as Bulgarian tax law requires.
05Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. Anyone who does see it is a supplier doing something specific for us, under a contract that limits them to that.
- The company hosting this website and our servers.
- Our email provider.
- Cal.com, if you book a call through the link on this site.
- Our accountant, for invoices and tax records.
06Where it is held
Our servers are in the European Union. Where a supplier processes data outside the EU, that transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
07How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within two years. Records connected to actual work are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the period Bulgarian law requires for accounting records. Server logs are kept for a short rolling window and then overwritten.
08What you can ask us to do
You have the right to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict what we do with it, to receive it in a portable form, and to object to processing we base on legitimate interest. Write to info@automateyx.com and we will answer within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, or to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live.
09Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 16.
10Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not make changes quietly.
